Consultation
A consultation is a 30–40 minute conversation where I’ll ask questions to better understand your concerns and goals. I’ll also explain my approach and how I can support you moving forward.
Hypnosis Session
A hypnosis session is a 45–60 minute experience designed to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and focused awareness. During the session, I will gently lead you into a trance-like state and work with you to address thoughts, habits, and emotional patterns.
