Forest Bathing

Rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, Forest Bathing is not a hike. It is a slow, intentional immersion in the sensory world of the forest — guided with care and held with deep reverence for wherever you are in your healing.

Research consistently shows that time in nature lowers cortisol, reduces blood pressure, and gently restores the nervous system. But beyond the science, there is something older and quieter at work: the simple, profound experience of feeling held by the natural world.

Sessions are two to three hours, led by a certified nature and forest therapy guide, and open to women at any stage of their healing journey. This experience is especially supportive for burnout, grief, anxiety, and a longing to reconnect with your own rhythms.
